It is a canadian stock, which means it primary listing is in canada (So for me it is a high quality stock because, it is not like it is a pink stock in reality). Those that you mentioned are mostly mortgage reits, or FFO is declining in some Case. Here FFO should rise with the acqusition, the divy appears safe, none of them have that kind of insider buying I believe that is here, and more importantly there business is alot less cyclical because it is a healthcare reit in my opinion.
