Hey lets give PL some credit. He can now implement his master plan. With the PPS at .0001 the more he can dilute the larger the market cap can be.

Think about how much he plans to increase the market cap of NBRI in the next few months.

With at least 10B share by the end of year he will have the Mkt cap grow from $50K to $1M that's a 20x growth in the market value of the company.
