Nope. Once again, your prejudices are shining through. I've said countless times they both used poor judgement. For whatever reason, you ignore this.
We will see if it is unlawful to order her out of the car. I have seen no case law that states this.
And clearly, she escalated the situation by refusing to get out of the car.
Why do you think the cop was lying when he told the woman to quit kicking him?

There's a huge difference in my mind between a cop just going after someone without provocation, vs one dealing with a person in a difficult situation. There's a video of a guy getting choked to death by cops for selling cigarettes on the street. This is clearly a case of police using too much force. I see this event as a good cop making a poor decision. He clearly did not stop this woman with intent to harm her.
Why don't you go back and watch the entire video so your opinion can be more informed?

Just my opinion, of course.
