Could be true.

But a really smart con man would put together a much more convincing false bread crumb trail. There's no way I'd invest currently with the limited info we've seen in the last 2-1/2 years. I know other investors who feel similarly, their money's parked pending verifiable results beyond 3 second YouTube teasers.

This leads to my conclusion that either JB is a lousy con man , and has forgotten everything that created the 15 fold spike in share price in 2011, or there is some effort currently underway to legitimately develop marketable products.

And yeah, I'm just as angry and haven't forgotten the idiotic antics of this company and its employees circa 2011 and 2012. I'm just no longer dwelling on them , and have assigned a 10 % probability of success in recovering or partially recovering my current 98+% paper loss .

I'm giving them a few more months to get their act together with some verifiable account of how they propose to refloat this sunken barge. If they don't , I'm having a large bonfire with the shares I hold, and the thousands of pages of Bourque drivel I've accumulated
