Thanks for clarifying. Folks who got in on Ariad after the crash more than likely saw value in it as a quicker trading opportunity rather than a longer term investment. They knew little of HB, Ariad's history.

The longer term folks here, including me, rationalized away every bad warning sign on Ariad, and there were plenty of them. We thought HB was 'our guy' because he had bought so many shares. Turns out, he was still only his 'own guy', kept in power by his personal legacy BoD', enriching themselves no matter how many bad decisions they made for the company, and shareholders. I believe it can be proven to be a criminal conspiracy, literally. RICO.
