Kpmoats, my own view is that our GPSI shares will remain GPSI even after GPSI sold off their Jail-side business. GPSI is still a business entity with courts and municipals payment kiosk contracts even after exiting Jail-side. That is why we expect GPSI PPS to soar given the sales cash that GPSI will get and can use them to clear all their debts with leftovers to expand aggressively in courts and municipals, which is less likely to be sued by unhappy inmates.
