Emailed the CEO. This is what he had to say:

Me: "Thank you sir. Much appreciated. Can you disclose if sales figures from wayfair will be included on the next quarterly statement?"

Bud: "The deal was not done by the cut off, 6/30. It will be mentioned as a subsequent event; however, financial data will not be material by the filing date. It has been our practice not to identify revenue by subsidiary; and, at least until it is material, we will follow that practice."

Bottom line: proceeds from wayfair won't be on the next Q. Also, we won't know how much of future proceeds will come from wayfair (not really a big deal as long as the bottom line grows)
