I know I was selling at the time. Actually took a small loss at the time since like now I evpected Scott to step up and support the PPS with a PR.
But I was not telling anyone how great the company was at the time. I was saying the deal would fall apart.

Or the deal falls apart and we get.... "SOE doesnt realize what they passed up" and "the next deal will be 10x better" and the sad story continues.

IMO Scott has till the end of this month to get the fins done or you can kiss any chance of a div being given out good by for this year too.

Without getting all their ducks in a row before the end of the year or at least by Feb 1 the deal probably will be delayed or not happen at all.

I seriously doubt that any major company in any country is going to sign a deal with a company before they have some kind of audit done to be sure that SRSR is what it says it is.

As a matter of fact I was defending my opinion that "the rocks" don't matter.

The Rocks are not value they are only rocks. They MAY hold potential but they are not even good enough to build a wall out of yet. Right now they are nothing more than pieces of a mountain.

The ONLY value that an explorer has is its untapped resources and their ability to get them. SRSR has shown for years that they have the resources but they have no way to get them. Until they do the rocks are one step below a lump of coal in your christmas stocking(at least coal will burn and keep you warm).

Now the other resource a company has is its management. And it is easy to see that if the management of SRSR was half as good as touted the deal would have been closed. As a matter of fact there would be no deal because Scott could show his valuable rocks to any bank and they would fork over a loan in a second and Scott would not have to sell out to china.

So repeating over and over that the share price means nothing and its all about the rocks is choosing to stick your head in the sand.
The ONLY reason you, I, or anyone else is here is because of the share price and not the rocks... you would not be here if the company had only rocks and no shares.

Here we are 3 years later and I am still trying to explain the same thing to the same people. And to laugh in my own face I am still taking small losses because I expect a bounce that doesn't come.
