In 20 yrs I have never seen such a flaming pile of garbage like REAC. It's actually criminal. The will get sec nabbed though. Just because they are a fully reporting shell bs'ing that they r a real company is not going to cut it. Their use of the r/s is beyond abusive and they have no reason for it. It's theft. They just hide behind the filings to steal.

Agree, they started diluting as soon as the r/s happened and it became out of control when the "D" dropped.... really unbelievable the way some of these pinks turn into such garbage.
