Conversations with Sean at the time indicated/hinted/'between the line'/suggested that testing of the Kryron plasma coating[s] was advanced enough to declare a failure/success/possible/might/limited result, and if not/almost success then a possible/might/'could be' condition/state would signal a continued/further/moving-on research & development condition that did not require a 'start from square one.'

At that time period/playing/stage/cycle/flow Mike, C.J., Sean, et alia had another priority, that being to keep secret from the hurting shareholders that John Bourque's actions running Bourque Industries were damaging towards any/all/some actions/motions/process of others to advance Bourque Industries. This as evident today speaks/shows/demonstrates a lack/missing/failure of Bourque Industries officers to report, not only to the shareholders, this "not to protect the shareholders" activity of John Bourque, but most likely in a legal requirement of a company officer to alert whatever federal investigation agency, for if done John Bourque's suggested illegal removal of the Bourque Industries proprietary Kryron process upon his exit from Bourque Industries to prison would not have occurred, meaning today all the II type hearsay for Bourque Industries future would have become facts during the prior two years versus another dog & pony show, if like the last one, the future for Bourque Industries is again failure... or more exactly, a continuation of failure until a final curtai call of bankruptcy.

Conversations with Sean at the time indicated his effort/focus/'so called working for the hurting shareholders' was with armor, automotive, aircraft [P&W], Kryron plasma coating[s] and other products that if not for John Bourque's negative actions would not require a 'start from square one' if Sean reported this misconduct and had a federal agency review towards a removal of John Bourque from Bourque Industries.

There may have been some talk/hype/bashing/facts, but Mike, C.J. and Sean had other priorities, that to keep quiet and not spill the beans to protect the monetisation of their BORKs.

At one point Sean was close to making/concluding/signing a deal with a watch manufacturing concern represented yesterday/today/'perhaps not tomorrow' by Bourque Industries Executive Management person J. "Joule" Hoogervorst of VP Global Business Relations.
