Draghi "QE"s will take awhile before anyone knows whether it's working . If by chance it is believed to be effective, the multi-nationals of value will be the 1st to benefit, But from what level?
How far down will they have to go before they get to where they are today? And the time parameters...How long will it take after the damage is believed to be over.

Maybe the pundits I'm hearing are right ie Europe is the place to be right now. My guess is ; Perhaps on a relative basis but I wouldn't touch anything for the moment, months and maybe more. China was an engine. No more. Japan was showing positive signs. No more. USA made it's move. Down it goes!
So globally it's a mess.

Could be something unanticipated is setting up which could rock the global cradle big time. For now I don't think so and it's going to be a nasty correction....... worse than anticipated..... then a recovery in the 4th quarter.
2016 is my worry.
Best hope for Capstone is a testing process with a long period of sideways basebuilding. Worst hope is a continuation of the secular bear market it's been in for years.
Watch all charts on all indices and keep watching Capstone.
