Oh. Stocks go up, stocks go down. Even delisted uber-trash, unless it's just no-bid time.

PHOT is just on a slow downtrend, and this is due to a number of factors in any stock.

There is no doubt artificial manipulation at work here. I even see it routinely on NYSE tickers...it's part of the market.

However, fundamentals like endless dilution will soon see this in the subs. Without a current q it is impossible to tell if a catalyst exists for an upside but it would be safe to say probably definitely no!
