I simply assumed when doing my initial DD into WDRP that Galactus Global was toxic financer ~ that's who owns most of the notes in these penny stocks. I figured this case was no different. Probably an investment firm who loaned the company money during their infancy in return for a note that they later converted into shares.
Perhaps it is simply a name this "Robert Gross" guy made up and he is an individual investor who did a private placement loan and purchased these shares.
Either way, I found nothing about Galactus Global on the web anywhere. The address they provided
160 W End Ave, Ste 27K
New York, NY 10023
Returns no hits through a search ..... other than returning us to the WDRP website Press releases and quarterly filings .....
Of note ~ Galactus is the famed "Devourer of Worlds" in the Marvel Universe. His powers are nearly omnipotent. Upon his arrival, Galactus blocked himself from the view of the citizens of New York City. Galactus began destroying the city ...
Hmmm .... Seems a fitting name for a toxic financer who hides at a fictious address in New York City somewhere, huh?
I guess the actual important question here is are their shares still restricted? If so, when do they come off restriction? I've contacted the TA last week sometime but got no response ....
