AMDL Australia was not affiliated with AMDL USA.
Whatever AMDL Diagnostics does.... they are a separate entity from Radient. A wholly owned subsidiary is still an independent entity, operating INDEPENDENTLY of the parent company.
I personally think that AMDL is long dead and buried. UNI has no need for them and they have no income and no protected IP so why would they still exist? AMDL is not going to Asia to sue UNI for using the name onko-sure because there is no money to gain from it.

AMDL Australia was another paper tiger. Now they call themselves CSTamdl and they have a shiny wordpress website and they still look like a paper tiger to me.
Bottom line: RXPC shares will never trade again. If they do, it will be in six years, in a shell of dubious quality and value. At that time, I will raise my glass in a toast to Charter and Brown for their perseverance and patience and cunning.
