Company is moving forward and nothing can stop it right now. No news for more than half year, they won't PR unless they are sure they will get the deal done. Now they PR Jose Madrid Salsa which is revenue generating company and LOI says that they will buy 100% of the company, it is just a matter of time to ink the deal, they all have the financing they need, if you will look at the tweet few months back they are in talk with ARF financing. Yesterday they tweet that Master Franchisee will be announce this week. This will be a huge development when everything seal and sign. Oh wait one more thing, UNIQUE PIZZA BREWHOUSE IN CALI is also in negotiation and they are already preparing for the logo design.
