Wild Bill, After over thirty years of learning through trials, errors and successes in this market, I confess that I am still learning about its workings and manipulations. I can only come to the conclusion that "legal" manipulation and coercion by the market makers, hedge funds, through 'bots' and pre-arranged transaction targets, brought this stocks price to this state of affairs along with missteps by this management's lack of leadership and with their total disregard to shareholder interest. (They even stated they were not concerned with the share price in one of their calls.) Over a year ago, I "asked management" when the stock price was declining, if their intent and desire was to reverse split this stock due to the huge amount of dilution they were putting upon us retail shareholders. They were never honest or man enough to ans. this question. In hindsight I should have taken this as a response. Now after the next earnings call on Aug. 6th, I like all of you other shareholders must decide whether to disprove the reverse split due to the existence of the huge remaining (and not also reversed as with the shares outstanding) shelf shares that can and which probably will in part be executed thus further diluting my current shares further. I even at one time called Capstone to inquire if the distributor "primero-energia" with its possible 80 c-1000 turbines was in fact a real possible order. I was brought to the attention of this distributor website by "moonman" on the yahoo board and viewed it on Capstone's websight. It is still view-able if you can bring it up. I bookmarked it. After I called Capstone about it, it was shortly removed. ???????? Was this the $80 million dollar order that D.J. touted in one of the old calls? After years of hype and lack of information, I think retail will take a great hit with the reverse split. Having ten or twenty time less shares will make it almost impossible to regain my break-even purchase prices. Loading additional shares after the reverse and its possible hit again by the shorts may produce an opportunity to again seek a favorable entry point for a trade, but that would be nothing more. I applaud you for you knowledge and willingness to share it with us other members of the board. What is your opinion of the reverse and amount of possible shares giving us more dilution? Captain your input is also warranted and needed. TIA
