That is probably because when you call and ask how she is doing she answers you directly without vague statements that you have to interpret as meaning she is doing good.

Writing or calling the company is no better than believing their PRs about SOE reports.
Actions speak MUCH louder than words.
This companys actions or lack of them tell me things are not all roses and butterflies.
The lack of action shouts loudly that their words are false. So listening to their words is useless.

I can just listen to the rumors posted here. They are supposedly the words of the company.
But until they have their actions match their words there is no sense in talking to the company. They will lie right to you because there is nothing that can be done about lying to an individual on the phone.
Asking the IR for info is like asking a prison inmate what he did. You will only get a line of crap intended to make you feel like they are not at fault for their actions.

Words are meaningless at this point. Actions are what is required.
