Interesting post. It wouldn't be the first time sm1 affiliated or used to be affiliated with a company posted on the forums. Off the top of my head I don't remember, but there's a few boards where affiliates of the company post regularly and a few other boards where previous affiliates post openly.

That being said, in the last year there has been 2 nice spikes in price and each time sm1 tossed shares into the bid, 11/7/2014 and 7/13/2015. The last spike was from the filings so I know a few new share holders bought in. The spike in Nov., I can't find any reason for it except I can assume a group tried to move it. But being no news came out or filings, (it had the stop sign) it obviously failed. This time its different.

Honestly, if I had 19m shares, I would do the same thing, sell into volume. Especially as light as this trades. Bottom line is eventually who ever is selling will run out of shares, new holders will own it at higher pps, and the pps will rise if catalysts come to light. I know its safe to speculate news is coming. You don't spend money to go current w/o follow up to current events.

The 5% owners make up like 68m shares, I'm sure if the shares have met restriction rules (144) they will be selling, thats what pink sheets do and why they own the shares. But even if they sell all, that still leaves the float under 250 million which is nothing at these price levels.

If Steve King wishes to disclose his position with the company or not, that's his business. He's been posting here for like 7 years and all his 734 posts are SNWT. I definitely don't have time or wish to read them all lol but you only have 2 posts here of your 6 total posts. I'm not trying to start anything here, just would be cool if you disclose your knowledge of how you made this connection, your dd would be nice, but as of right now it appears you have some kind of inside knowledge you're not disclosing here, I'm just saying that's how your post come across.

What I see is a company that has just gone current after 2 years, a merger as indicated in the latest filings, generating revs, and a light float.

I gamble the pinks and have been since 1999. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. But when I win, it blows the losses out of the water.

All my posts are my own opinion and never make a trade based on them.
