He already knows those questions since they have been posted here, and he will soon figure out how he wants to lie about it. And I suspect it is going to be fine with you if the man lies right to your face.

After he has lied to you a couple of time, he will say that they are running over time and calls for a vote to adjourn. Since he and a handful of his cronies hold the majority of the shares, they will adjourn over your protestation.

Anyway, the process will be, in part, something of this nature.
