Stromboli, we can see an obvious trend of GPSI message boards going through repeated cycles of "Optimism" followed by "Depression" with all the various posts simply because there were/are no news released by GPSI. There are regrets + buying during "Optimism" and panic + selling during "Depression": Buffett"s Mr Market.

After > 3-years of such cycles without GPSI FINS/news release, GPSI shares are now probably held by those who cannot sell with OTC STOP SIGN and those on this GPSI message boards from the buying and selling trend mentioned above. Selling halted immediately after "Optimism" posting by Eleniak and Rope in the last few days that Jail side business deal has completed.

After weathering such drastic mood swing over the yearS, GPSI shares are almost entirely owned by Strong Believers of GPSI. If GPSI wants to rewards her loyal shareholders, releasing FINS and news ASAP can definitely meet this objective with high confidence and probability.
