Yeah the Lanza's sold the Canadian company and the new folks were notified of a pending dissolution on December 30th 2014.

Dragon Exploration Resources Ltd. (Corporation Number: 761100-5) is in default of filing the 2013 and 2014 annual returns.

Four Star is also defunct. The State levied several fines against Joe's company and finally seized all of his remaining wells operated by Four Star and Petrol. No reply from that address on Land avenue in Oil City. The notation from Louisiana says "NO RESPONSIBLE PARTY/CORRESPONDENCE UNANSWERED" (05/20/2015)
As far as the IRS case goes... I looked a few weeks ago and seen that there has been nothing new added to the case. I think there is an October date set but I'm going on memory so don't hold me to it. I will check and let you know in a month.
