Maybe....but for the last two years, nobody has had to consider anything more than that and all of the other bogus promises made by Porter and friends.

In the meantime "we are going to file a Form 10" seems to be as good a bogus statement as any to show the continued "hot air" of BAYP..

I can assure you, IF a form 10 is ever filed and approved, there will be plenty of new topics to "discuss".
