Just a note for others:

Filing a form 10 is nothing. Give me the Company EDGAR codes and I can file one tomorrow.

However a Form 10 is not effective until accepted by the SEC. Try filing a BS form 10 and see how, and how soon, the SEC responds. Better yet, if anybody wants to get on the SEC's radar, there is no better way than filing a BS Registration Statement.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
