Since the share structure is almost maxed-out, the next step is the reverse split HPNN is likely planning.

Hop-On can't do this, though, until they pay what they owe to Nevada and provide the required paperwork to get out of default status. Both Hop-On and Hop-On wireless are listed as being in default.

They also may face suspension in California, too.

They may be forced to pay the court judgments, too, or face forced liquidation.
