And the only reason one would want to accumulate VTSI is because someone knows they are likely to report blockbuster earnings on August 14 or 17. If not that then some large order is in the works.

The other possibility is having completed a Fibonacci retracement of the rise from last year its a good time to buy back in.

Isn't it fun to speculate?
