There are many scenarios in which he makes out like a bandit.

Just one would be a severance package.

They end Dans "employment" and give him a severance package worth more than his shares.

Or since Dan has already admitted that insider holdings do not need to be reported since there is no regulation Dan could very well be the source of the millions of suddenly available shares.

If he sells out he loses nothing. After all a vast amount of his shares are under the current pps.

There are many ways Dan could benefit.

Like i said i do not feel that this is at all the case. But it is the facts and that is the proof needed to show that the asset is not what you are invested in
