Not really ahead of the game. Selling the asset IMO is not happening.
That was not the reason for the subject.

The example is only to explain why the asset in not what is invested in.

We hear "the rocks are still there." As a reason to hold but that is a pump made for fools.

The asset is there for now.

The management of the asset and its future disposition is what is being invested in

That is currently important and not a worry only for the future
