What is your rationale for "the warrant pricing was incorrect"?

The way I read the 8K was that the thing that runs afoul with the NASDAQ requirements was the provision that included repricing the warrants should additional funds be raised within 6 months at a lower price. In effect, this provision made the $ raised such that it should have required shareholder vote.

Not sure how this gets rectified. Would imagine shareholders who bought the stock with this provision on warrant repricing would not necessarily agree to changing to remove this provision.
