$SCON daily chart.. serious accummulation.. and now time to load on this retracement on low volume.. Last pr clearly signals negotiations AND expansion beyond their current new production line.. would not rule out a Joint venture either.. Siemens Or GE best bet so far out of 27 testing client $TSLA $SCON $SCTY $GE
