Vape has formed new working relationships with mothership, cloud pen, and possibly even puff co based on a few instagram pics that I have seen. Heads has found evidence of at least 1 store front selling Hive supply products. Hive has also purchased a majority portion of BetterChem and brought on the founder of BetterChem as their chief scientists.

There exists far more evidence that the Vape team is in this for the long haul then to simply use this as company as a stepping stone. Ten years from now when vape is a juggernaut I wouldn't be surprised if you are still beating the "Scott Sterling" drum. The horse is dead. Time to move on.

You have absolutely no idea what those 14 companies will be used for. Absolutely none. You are examining them from a completely biased perspective because you want the stock price to fall. Provide some evidence that those 14 companies are in anyway negative to shareholders besides being a possible distraction for kyle. Which even that would require you to ASSUME he is going to be actively running them which you have zero evidence to support. He could hire someone else to do it. Bottom line you are short on facts and heavy on lots of opinion.
