just my opinion but: First they may have not control if those are flipper shares. Regradless it will take a decent size VC group or deep pockets to move this. As the greateer majority of the float has been rolled over at .0001 here recently, we'll need at least a billion 5 to two billion volume at .0002 and then a billion share or more volume at .0003-.0004 to clear out flippers and profits to be on our way. and that's if .0001 holders continue to hold a large percentage long and slowly sell over an extended period to keep the money train rolling.

That is unless Nite or someone else is way over extended and keeps perpetually naked shorting this to keep it cellar boxed. Which would actually be great news here since the company is profitable and does not rely on share selling or convertible debt for money and has not issued any new shares in over 4 years. I don't think it happens very often but it has in a couple historic instances that made the perps desperate for shares driving the share price through the roof. And it does seem a little fishy that every time a bid builds it keeps getting cleared out even with a substantial PR reflecting a business deal with a billion dollar business. again just my opinion
