My credibility is irrelevant because there isn't anyone making investment decision based on my statements. However, BH's credibility was extremely relevant because investors, potential investors and creditors relied on his statements and PRs that he put out. None of the PRs has come through. Not a single one. Aside from making him a liar and ruining his reputation, it exposes LVVV to litigation like class action suits and SEC investigations. But, I guess that is all built into L2 analysis and chart reading. ROFL.
