If they are able to accomplish this...which is paying down $5M of debt. What impact on the stock do think will occur? That will eliminate the "bankruptcy" concern that people have and show that they were able to generate $5M of cash flow from operations.

"Yes and just to add to that, Joe, this is Richard, we feel that we’ll be within all of our covenants by end of Q2. So again, we are working very closely with them. They are comfortable with our plan to get there. And then we are also looking at expanding both our lines of credit and term loans and so forth, and transitioning to a commercial banking relationship that can support our growth and they are fully supportive of us doing that. So again it’s a very good relationship in the short term that will mature if not this quarter, next quarter to a commercial banking relationship that an organization like us needs."
