Is there another DTC chill in place?

Kinda odd that OTC puts out the huge warning about "unsolicited quotes only" and that no MM's are making a market in PYCT.

OTC also doesn't list PYCT as having current information.

Since there are no shorts, naked or otherwise, there isn't much chance of upside here, even briefly, especially with close to 28 billion shares outstanding.
