I think they will put out a PR, since Benchmark has said there will be one. I imagine they can update their own FB page anytime they wish, but they probably give a PR to someone to distribute for them. In the past it has sometimes taken a day or two before PRs have been picked up by different outlets.

Also, the FB posting didn't have the usual trappings of their usual PRs, such as date, city and URHG address. My guess is that, as they said on FB, it had taken them a few extra days to get their tests completed so they wanted shareholders to know what they have been doing, even if the expected PR hadn't yet been released. (This speaks well of management's desire to increase the company's transparency).

So if they prepare an actual PR today and send it out Friday, maybe it will be on the news outlets by Monday?
