It's typical for a manipulated stock. Put in a large buy at a low price and try to lure buyers who see a small ask. Then dump when they bite.
$.0034 is near the all-time low. A month ago it was at $.004 and a month before that $.008 and a month before that $.016
It has basically lost 50% a month for the last 3 months and rarely does a day go by when it's not touted as a great opportunity to get in at the bottom.
Good luck, I hope you get your $1,400. It doesn't seem like it should be hard to find a buyer for that small amount among those who think it's a steal below a penny, but obviously, that's a non-existent group.
