Just Curious!!

Why do companies keep buying these POS shells? I mean what could Coresource Strategies get by buying the EVDR shell. All the time and money spent to bring this POS to current, they may have as well started a new company. Totally confused here. Is it that they are looking for a good spike in PPS so that they could unload their share of 0.0001 and move on with a good profit???
