I post this only because at some meeting years ago I was talking to Norm the engineer about the IVT and he said it would be perfect for windmills because they often overstressed the gearboxes and would even catch fire. Somehow they solved that problem without Torvec and now I see an even better solution. It will be interesting to see if this startup gets a better idea up and running and then if that idea will replace the typical 3 bladed windmill. Check it out.
