Oaktree has backed off on the demand to put Mountain Pass into 'care and maintenance," now there will be a 'limited operations' plan with no shutdown or mothballing involved. In addition, Oaktree has dropped their demand that Neo be sold, to get it now, Molycorp will have to default on the loan.
