At this point there is no reason to keep arguing over theories and opinions. We have very few facts from filings. The rest is all opinion and I believe some of it is made up. Especially the apparent conversations with McHenry. How many times can someone listen to him say soon and still believe him when he does nothing? The only reason most are still here is to see if he will follow through with an audit/registration. If that happens then we potentially see "not enough shares". Just my opinion.
