Good ol' Tommy-boy, illegally, increased the shares to 18 billion.
This cannot be undone now by the SEC or anyone else. Tommy can
be punished, but once the shares are out, they cannot be recovered,
so everyone must learn to live with it and add it to the list
of reasons as to why HESG is never, ever, ever going anywhere.

Hold on to those shares for toilet paper.
