It would not surprise me that if in the course of these events, a criminal complaint is filed, or a criminal investigation is launched.

Sometimes situations spiral out of control and take a course all on their own.

Other times, mistakes are made and instead of owning up to them, more mistakes are made -- thus making a solvable situation much worse.



I believe Martha Stewart went to jail not for insider trading, but for lying, obstruction of justice and conspiracy.

Had only she fessed up, she may have avoided a prison sentence.




I hope for the sake of all shareholders, that smarter heads soon start to prevail. Because if events really do start spiraling out of control, smarter heads become irrelevant, and then there's nothing but lots of regrets for some!!
