Well they STATED they paid GBGM 125k for Amped. Kern GBGM's CEO never did a thing with AMPED for YEARS he just used it to PR deals that were never made. Looks like one shell supporting another to me. Hope I am wrong I would love to dig myself out of this STTK hole i am in.
