"Nothing new [from] 2 years ago."

Incorrect.

Prior to the "2 years ago" John Bourque was anticipating the arrival of his DUI trial with a probable outcome of a guilty verdict leading to his removal from Bourque Industries into prison.

We all have been aware from Day 1 at this company that John Bourque had near total control, that with his view of "I am Kryron. I am Bourque Industries." to put into play a return of any lost of control if he goes to prison, once released.

Unfortunately for the hurting shareholders, this resulted in John Bourque removing the ability of Bourque Industries to make Kryron, as he left for prison. I'll speculate that John Bourque's actions prior to his DUI trial, to prevent sales with the manufacturing of Kryron, was initiated by John Bourque to keep Bourque Industries in limbo if it turned out he was sent to prison, as to not do that would allow success to Bourque Industries that most likely resulted in new management to prevent his return and reduce his percentage share holding such that he no longer held total control as only a private shareholders with no company position.

That was then "2 years ago," and it appears John Bourque was able to accomplish his return from prison as still the one in total control.

But John Bourque is not a schooled scientist and could not bring whatever he tapped into to the next level of development.
