Provista is the developer and commercialized concern of the New Generation Dr-70..This is included in a Five year exclusive agreement between ProvistaDx and Radient that expires in November of 2015.

Provista Diagnostics is the exclusive U.S. provider of several breakthrough tests including a blood test to aid in the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease, the only FDA cleared smell test, an early detection of breast cancer, lung cancer as well as tests for the early detection of women’s reproductive cancers. The well planned and executed acquisition is expected shortly and would bolster Radient’s value in the open market. In fact, it would help Radient capture significantly more revenues and increase financial projections given that under previous agreements with Provista, Radient was only set to capture a small percentage of the profits being generated from sales of RPC Reagent/Antibodies used in Provista’s tests.

The only two spun off were NuVax and Jade..Not AMDL Diagnostics Inc..

AMDL Diagnostics is not run by the Aussies..It is Mac president and akio Secretary..They are also the only two remaining officers of radient before and after the Delaware Corporation went into hibernation...

The smoke screen Aussie web site is just that..The aussie character a/k/a get serious/lakeshore was made up on the other forum site prior to the Aussies web site was revealed on this forum..We all knew about the Cancer Screen web site when it was posted in April of 2015...We knew it was a smokescreen..The aussies have added two directors to their cancer screen company..They are not directors of radient..That would be impossible since Radient was no longer a corporation in good standing in California and Delaware..How can a Void corporation change or amend their Charter on a legal basis? It is not possible. that is why the Aussies are not LEGAL Directors of Radient....The amount of directors listed on the Aussie web site is more than the Radient Charter will allow if it was legal..lol...All a smoke screen you understand...DC you are correct...provista/Uni-Pharma are and will always be in the mix...Why a smoke screen Gold Seeker you ask? Can you prove they have the tests they are claiming?
