Australian patent application 2011901578

This is the only patent application I can find for Charter and Brown. The Filing Date is 2011-04-29 and it is LAPSED.

If they invented a new POC device I would expect to see a patent application in Australia.

Searching Hong Kong patents is difficult but I find nothing. I welcome anyone else to try:
