I am a shareholder by default with 100% stock purchase of YIAH by CVSL nearly 2 years ago. Mostly Australian Mums and Dads and consultants.I have been watching this board with interest in that time.
We have been diluted so many times that most investors now hold less than 10% of their original investment. We have no avenue to sell even if we want to as CVSL have still stamped the shares as restricted even after a 18 month escrow period.This was not explained nor expected.
I have never come across such arrogance and incompetance. There is no point in voting as the shareholders have no power. The board, investor relations and the founder, Colleen Walters, ignore emails.
Who are these people? How can the entire organisation be run by 2 families and their mates!
We cant do anything from Australia now except consider a class action to recover money against the board of YIAH responsible for the misinformation and mismanagement.Probably a lost cause.
