3-So what are they doing? They're trying to destroy -- this is not a defense of Trump. Not there yet. But here's Trump making this an issue, and they're out trying to destroy Trump or anybody, by the way, who's speaking out against amnesty and Obama's executive amnesty and actively ignoring the reporting of all of these murders and other serious criminal acts by illegals. And you know who's got the numbers that Chuck Todd couldn't find? The federal government. The federal government's own numbers say there have been 25,000 homicides by illegals. It's an epidemic. We shut down the country over nine people shot in Charleston. We stopped everything over that.

So 25,000 people murdered, homicides, by illegals, over a period of years, and there's NBC News on Meet the Press, "We can't find a single study that links violent crime and immigration." And he wasn't the first. There was somebody else on TV last week that tried to make the same claim when Trump brought the issue up. "We can't find a single study. There's not a single study." Breitbart News sent a note to Chuck Todd saying, "Hey, Chuck, you ever think about trying the government's data? There's a bunch of government data, F. Chuck, that points out the number of homicides committed by illegals. If we could find it, you could find it."

Not one of these crimes would have occurred absent the immigrant who committed it. In other words, without admitting these individuals, there would have been at least 70,000 fewer sexual assaults. That's rape. 25,000 fewer slayings, 125,000 fewer -- this is indisputable. These are crime statistics from the federal government: 70,000 sexual assaults by illegals, reported. Well, if they weren't here, they wouldn't have happened. And you can't say, "Well, they might have happened, Rush, somebody else might have committed them." No, no, no. Doesn't work that way.
