RUSH: Here's John in Dayton, Ohio. Hi, John. Great to have you on the program, sir. Hello.

CALLER: Good afternoon, Rush. Fifth-time caller dittos, and I'm also reading The English Spy right now by Daniel Silva. It's a great book.

RUSH: It is. Don't... I've got probably about 25% of it to go.

CALLER: I have a little bit more. I'm about two-thirds of the way. I've read all his books and all of Vince Flynn's based on your recommendation.

RUSH: Well, thank you, sir.

CALLER: The reason I'm calling today is John Kasich. He threw his hat in the ring for the presidency, and I'm pleading with all of your listeners to wade through the 16 people that have now announced and just listen to Kasich, because I liken it to the callers that say to you, you know, they can't believe there's nobody out there that speaks like them and thinks like them. And that's what I've gotten from Kasich over the years in Ohio, and I just want everybody to give him a chance. Because I really, really think he's the conservative that we've been looking for for a long time.

RUSH: Well, let me jump in here and just tell you: I know a lot of people who are eager to support Kasich, and many of them are previous donors and fundraisers for George W. Bush. So I think he's gonna surprise people. I think he's going to have more original support going in than a lot of people think. We'll find out. It won't take long.

Obama Employs Limbaugh Theorem at VFW

RUSH: The left and the Democrat Party are crumbling. They are imploding on the lack of their own morality. Now, it doesn't mean that they're destined to lose elections, but as the Democrat Party implodes, they're taking the country with them, and this has to stop. It just has to stop.

Obama was at the VFW in Pittsburgh today. The Limbaugh Theorem was on full display. Also with some economic news that's out. Black unemployment's lower than it's ever been since 2008. I mean, there's all kinds of horrible economic and societal news, cultural news for African-Americans, that things are much worse for them today than they were in 2008, 2009, when Obama took office. And Obama's out talking about it as though he's had nothing to do with it. He's talking about it as though there are these blind, mysterious forces that are conducting all this mayhem and evil against people and by God by gosh he's gonna get to the bottom of it and he's gonna find out who's doing it and he's gonna beat 'em. RUSH: And from the United Press International, haven't heard from them in a long time, UPI. "Even with the steadily improving job market --" what steadily improving job market? There is no steadily improving job market unless you believe the 5.7 unemployment number. I forgot. If you immerse yourself in the illusions, the delusions, and the lies, then I guess you would believe that there's a steadily improving job market. Okay, let's just go with it.
