Sal, I didn't misunderstand anything. Reread it and substitute condescending for gloating if you like. It was still insensitive to make any attempt at educating others given the situation. As I stated earlier, due to the pissed off nature of the majority of the readers, I am remaining mostly silent regarding my opinion towards the company. It only pisses folks off when I post and I don't want to do that. Yes, be generous to others!
